At LuggageWorks, we are dedicated to providing premium travel gear that meets your standards; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
